This page explains what we collect when you join the Vinylll beta waitlist on vinylll.com, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address (required), so we can send your beta invite.
• First name (optional).
• A note about your collection (optional), for example how many records you have and what you play.
• Whether you ticked the news box. It is unticked by default.

What we use it for

We use your details to invite people to the beta in small groups and to email you when your invite is ready. If you tick the box, we also send occasional news and updates about Vinylll. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

We use service providers to store the waitlist, send our emails and serve this website. They handle your details only to provide that service to us.

• Mailchimp holds our news list. Your email and name go there only if you tick the news box, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
• Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own marketing. We may disclose it if the law requires.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from news at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, contact us and we will deal with it.
